Controlling the main home’s 17 heating and air conditioning zones was a top priority for the homeowners. All 278 lighting loads were also organized through touchscreen interfaces, greatly simplifying the scale of the project.

By incorporating components from a preexisting lighting system, significant costs were saved in design and engineering. As a result, the merge provided more opportunities for the homeowners to tailor their experience, and the original system was reprogrammed to be included in the final design.

Whether relaxing at the pool, in the private theater, or even the wine cellar, checking the status of the entire estate is now possible from anywhere. The client and their family can enjoy living in the mountains with complete control and security.
